Two parent announcements:

The important announcement is a congratulations to Jeff on his promotion to Lieutenant Colonel.  This is a big deal so please congratulate him when you see him.

The second congrats is not as important, but congrats to me for finishing my PhD in Cub Scout Science at Cub Scout University.  It benefits the Dragons because I am trained to better run their program.
